Every day, I receive emails from troubled call centre owners, consultants and clients alike. One of the major issues is that people are concerned that it's very difficult to trust offshore call centres and it's very difficult for offshore call centres to trust clients especially when coming through brokers and consultants. The only way to combat this is through the sharing of information. We therefore want you all to do the following.

(1) Invite all of your trusted suppliers, clients and partners and write recommendations on their pages and ask them to do the same for you.

(2) Use your blog to post details about companies who you feel have treated you unfairly to share details about this.

We are going to employ someone to screen various information sources to share this information with site users.
