It is the responsibilty of call centers to be registered and bonded, not the clients.

Except if it is an ARM campaign or involves ACH-EFT. ARM = account receivables management, e.g. collections. Some states have confidentiality requirements and the FTC has some requirements. Small centers are not in a position to run in full compliance and should therefore not accept programs that place them in a situation of non-compliance.
