We are here to share a very good news with you guys, hence for sure this is going to be a big shock for all consultants which I am sure of but anyways that hardly matters to us.

Well we are looking for few good Indian Companies who are interested in Aquiring an US Model as the new customer is not aquired by "PURCHACE" but aquired only by Collaboration .

We are from henceforth going to outsource all kind of process INBOUND , OUTBOUND , NON-VOICE and many more without charging any UPRONTS and nither anything if any projects has any advance payments.

Specially for Inbound projects we are going to ensure that the center will visit the country at the clents primises for all kind of sign-up directly along with our Indian Representative and will be shown their Operations as to how they function.

The Operation team will be also trained at their center on the projects for 1 or 2 weeks.

Centers be ready for this new change and we shall keep you posted as and when the projects are ready to be outsourced.

Nice to get this news from you. Looking to get a better news soon i.e. you are outsourcing a non voice process. :)
Please keep us in the loop as we have very good infrastructure in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Its a 100 seat center which can be utilized for 3 shifts if needed. Expansion, if required, is not a problem.

The percentage of outbound clients that actually visit offshore centers -- without charging the centers? Maybe five percent but probably closer to two percent.

This thread does not represent a realistic view of the marketplace.

Not even a website here? Or a proper photo?
