We are here to share a very good news with you guys, hence for sure this is going to be a big shock for all consultants which I am sure of but anyways that hardly matters to us.

Well we are looking for few good Indian Companies who are interested in Aquiring an US Model as the new customer is not aquired by "PURCHACE" but aquired only by Collaboration .

We are from henceforth going to outsource all kind of process INBOUND , OUTBOUND , NON-VOICE and many more without charging any UPRONTS and nither anything if any projects has any advance payments.

Specially for Inbound projects we are going to ensure that the center will visit the country at the clents primises for all kind of sign-up directly along with our Indian Representative and will be shown their Operations as to how they function.

The Operation team will be also trained at their center on the projects for 1 or 2 weeks.

Centers be ready for this new change and we shall keep you posted as and when the projects are ready to be outsourced.

We are in the verge of expanding our call center, and intern we require some transparent and healthy campaign providers (Australia, U.K, U.S). We have also burnt our fingers many a times due to bad pay master, so look into this matter and get us the best of the clients for a long term relationship.

Its good to hear that you are doing such a great work. Are you doing it for charity or something else . Ah yes , just replied to tell you that there are lots of spelling mistakes in your posting.

And yes you dont have any phone number or any company id ? Its really surprising that how ,big companies approach you for there outsourcing to you, when you dont even have a company , where as even people with companies registered in India and offshore are not able to get good direct contacts so easily.
And yes one more thing You are having an Indian contact so that contact doesnt has any name or number ? Why do you give only the email id of the contact and not the number and yes , even your contact is not having any company id.
Strange.

And yes still if you have real good contacts and contracts then please write your phone number here so that we all can be benefited from your charity campaign.

Interesting to find so many people who get into the outsourcing business (or pretend that they are in the outsourcing business) without any friggin' idea what they are doing.

I agree with you, a customer is acquired through collaboration, not through "purchase." You don't get a "process," you get a "client." My question is: since you're fully aware of the pitfalls of the brokerage or consultancy model, why are you still pursuing it? To those start ups, a piece of advice: getting a "process" or customer is the easiest thing to do, but do you have any idea how to maintain that customer and grow it? Another thing I will share from my network in North America: customers do not necessarily look for the cheapest rates, since cheap means lousy work. They know that if they're only willing to pay for a cheeseburger they shouldn't expect a Big Mac.
