The BPO industry here in Kenya is fairly new. But the growth rate is quite high. After visiting the above sites, you will see how the governement is supporting the BPO industry.

As you are aware, one of the Kenyan call centres, bagged the best Non-European call center award at the CCF awards in UK last week.
The Kenyan call centres are coming up quite fast in the BPO race. BPOs currently have acquired and in the process of acquiring the international training standards for their employees.
