Hi Rob,

I represent a 600+ seater center in Gurgaon, we have a 26,000 Sq Ft. owned premises with a a fully blended implementation of Concerto with Rockwell ACD, Redundant IPLC links with VoIP backup, 100% power backup in terms of UPS and DG Sets.

We are a 100% subsidiary of ExpertServ USA, LLC with our office in Long Island, Florida and have been in operations for almost 3 years of which a little over 2 have been at our own facility located in Infocity.

At present we are running approximately 200 seats inbound process for a single client with various other outbound telemarketing programs for others.

Our promoter, Pramod Raghav, is an MBA with over 20 years of experience in IT and Business Management having worked with large multinationals like GE Capital and Star
