hi all
i was wondering about whom could help each of us into this.
we're a growing family, each callcenter have the target to become a solid company.
some of us have the work load nescesary , other new ones are int he hunt and search for possible campaigns to become active.
talking about inbound task, those are demanding as outbound, but techie cost make it hardest and expensive to keep level.
are inbound advance payments safe from our money side point of view??
