About Me:

I have been involved in the telecommunications and call centre industry for over 25 years. I consulted on the development of the call centre industry in the Philippines setting up the first outsource center in the country in 1999 - 2000. Presently General Manager of a two center (260 and 90) - facility in Metro Manila, Philippines, We offer both inbound and outbound services; seat rental and leasing; call center operations, we specialize in servicing the financial, telecom, satellite TV, and travel markets.

As part of the expansion, we are looking for centres in the Philippines that have the capacity to run a Market Research (Survey) program based in the UK. To start, 15 agents needed plus TL and QAs.
