- I am the Managing Director of Horizon Call Center, we are an 800 seater operation based in Nairobi, Kenya. We are opening in early 2009 and will be offering on-demand services to our clients.
I have been involved in the Call Center Industry for 15 years now having worked in the UK, South Africa and for the last 4 years Kenya.
I firmly believe that that Kenya will be incredibly succesful as an outsourcing destination for numerous reasons with the main one being its people.
