David D. Mullaney has provided executive leadership, direction and management to a number of leading consulting, teleservices and customer care organizations in the United States, Canada, Asia Pacific and Europe for the past twenty years. Mr. Mullaney is currently a Principal of DDM Consulting, Inc. and Patriot Marketing Group, Inc., both firms offer a broad range of services in direct marketing, customer handling, and contact center performance areas. Prior to establishing these businesses, Mr. Mullaney was a Principal with Customer Contact Solutions, LLC. In this role he conducted enterprise-wide assessments, focusing on customer contact channel activities in order to identify opportunities to increase operational efficiencies, improve customer service and enhance sales effectiveness. In 2000 he became a major shareholder and Board of Director of Innovative Marketing Strategies, Inc. (IMS), the 15th largest outbound telemarketing company in the United States. IMS was acquired by publicly held Epixtar Corp. in January 2005.
During his career Mr. Mullaney also served as Vice-President of Business Operations at Telespectrum Worldwide, Inc. and subsequently as Vice-President of Customer Development and Management at ReeseBrothers, Inc. While at these two organizations Mr. Mullaney was directly responsible for all aspects of operations and business development for a combined 45 call centers and 9,000 employees. Mr. Mullaney has also held executive positions at New Boston Group, Inc. and NBG Services, Inc.
