About Me:

Grace “Grechie” E. Oreña is one of the co-founders of May K Learning Center Inc. an organization with the mission of mobilizing their team of Pinoy pioneers in effectively applying innovative learning methodologies that produce superior return on investment.

For the past 18 years she has been developing and implementing original training for human performance improvement. She has designed over 30 workshops and trained over 16,000 individuals.

In addition to leading the team of 12 performance consultants of May K, Grechie is an American Management Association Global Faculty Member, Image Consultant, Facilitator for Ateneo University’s Center for Organization Research and Development and Resource for the European IT Service Center Foundation Arm of the European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines

Because of the passion for effective and enjoyable performance improvement, she has traveled and trained in Asia, Europe and the U.S.A
