Process details are as follows:
Attention Call Centers,

US Mortgage-Hot Transfers(Refinance, New Reverse Mortgage Loan, FHA, Conventional Mortgage Refinance)
U.S.Debt Settlement-Hot Transfers--------The Requirement for this particular campaign is very high.We can take approximately 300 leads a day only on this program. Process details as mentioned below.
1.Debt Settlement- 8k and above
1) Unsecure credit card debts of minimum $8000.00 or more.
2) Customer has to be prequalified before transferring to us, meaning,
he has to be willing to talk to us for debt settlement and they should have 15 minutes to talk to the Debt Officer.
Any Calls going to the Debt Officer wherein the customer asks for a call back time without talking to the debt officer will not be considered as a Billable lead.
These calls have to be transferred again to our department.
3) There are states that we do business in :
AL, AK, AR, AZ, CA, IA, IL, IN, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MT, NE, NM, NV, OK, OR, PA, TX
4) Time to Deliver the Transfers is 9:30pm-6:30pm Indian Standard Time.
5) Customer must have a checking or a savings account.
6) All transfers must be followed by recordings and we will give you
feed back within 72 hours.
7) The Customer should be able to pay 1.5% of his total debt amount as a monthly payment.
8) The Customer's Monthly income should be Monthly Payment * 4. Kindly go ahead and ask the cust about his expenses and then see whether he can afford the payments or not.
9) Type of Debts: Credit Cards,Medical Bills,Utility Bills and Personal Loan(Medical Bills,Utility Bills and Personal Loan should be in third party collection)
10) None of the Credit Cards should be from Federal Credit Unions( We do not take any of the credit unions cards)
11) Customer should be aware about his Credit that once he gets enrolled to the program his credit would get affected.
