I am with a Focus Services / Focus Pacific a 14 year old call center with eight (8) facilities in Utah and the Midwest. We also have an on-shore work-at-home program that we just started. We also have a facility in the Philippines for the past two years.

Who You'd Like to Hear From

We are always looking to grow and would be happy to talk to potential clients , consultants and brokers. 90% of the work we do are with the telecoms sales in the US and Canada (Qwest, AT&T, Verizon, Bell Canada).

We would love to explore potential work from the UK and Australia as well.

the regions are: CA, OR, WA, FL, ID

· loan amount 150+

· ltv 80% or less

· no mortgage lates

· 75% LTV

· has to be less than 60 yrs of age

· no bankruptcy in last 7 years

· last refinance has to be 3 yrs ago and rate has to be 6.5% or less

· credit good and excellent will take fair if ltv is lower

· below 50%

· and FICO has to be 650 or above
