We have over 150 workstations installed with Windows NT / Linux servers with Redundant Internet connectivity through broadband wireless and DSL connections and documented procedures & stringent internal quality tests.

We are a 24/7 365 days working company whereby we have 3 shifts to quicker the TAT and we bill per audio hour of work done, and we are ready to dedicate the best number of staffs to your project on any basis. Our services are of high quality and our teams are experts in the specified fields.

We offer a wide range of transcription services but our core business is in Voice to text or Voice to Email transcription services.

We are working with both machine generated transcriptions and also non-machine generated transcription.

We are also working in several types of workbenches involved in the delivery of the proposed transcription services.

Our pricing, quality, turn around time (TAT) and speed are what sets us apart from our competitors.

We also have a large database of READY to start agents. These agents have very good English skills and are mostly from local Colleges and Universities.

Our up scaling capabilities are fast and excellent. We can upscale up to 200 seats if the need arises and in the shortest time possible.
