We are Guwahati, Assam, India based Call Center. We are registered with STPI & D.O.T. We are presently 40 sitters and we are in process to ramp up our seats. Now, we are working in 2 U.K. based outbound process relating to Reclaim Charges & Telecom. We have qualified employees having working experience in India top 10 Call Centers both relating to Outbound Sales & Customer Support- Inbound and Outbound. We are hiring only experienced agents for the upcoming process. We need long term Inbound and outbound process for further expansion. Our Director & Technical Head - Mr. Navin Mirania is a B.E.(Comp. Science) and was in previously in Customized Software Development business from 1992-2002 and then diverted to B.P.O. He is successfully running his K.P.O. firm - Mirania Datasystems from last 7 years and his firm has good track record in elance.com in both non voice & call based process. We have started this company 1 years back and have quality setup, manpower, space & ability and looking ahead to grow the company to obtain an Identity in Call Center business. We could provide you 10-50 seats for the same presently for the start up with only quality & experienced agents having minimum 1 year of exposure for your process.
