I have been searching far and wide in the past few months and I think one of the best Customer Feedback Software I’ve seen is... www.ransys.com have you heard of it? I heard they are quiet good, but want some recommendations. They apparently have software called Attentive that is an event driven feedback software... What do you think?
Where do u work? Are you like me, a call centre manager looking for innovative solutions?
