I do understand that payments are the biggest of issues for call centers. As you must have read, we are NOT brokers or consultants who get projects from third parties. We are in partnership with few big names in diverse industries and are responsible for both face-to-face and telesales for them.

As far as payment concern goes, you will go in contract with us and our payments are insured by UK Government through certain teirs of legal bindings. We have call centers working for us in India as well.

Please send me details i.e., seating capacity, current HR status etc about your call center so that we can move ahead. Our team of trainers will train you guys via video conference or any other medium of mutual consent.
