first of all , we are not a consultant , its the first time we will be outsourcing our telemarketing process as the cost of running our inhouse team in london is just spiralling out of control and we have decided to close it down in 1 years time , thus looking to develop another team where we will help to finance more agents and pay more commission.

i believe the commission we are paying is the highest in all selling processes in the world.


The campaign is offering business customer cheap gas and electricity for powergen / british gas. two of the biggest suppliers of gas and electricity in europe and also the cheapest....depending on the size of the business , the commissions starts from £30 - £290 per sale. Full training will be provided on how to speak to uk customers and offer them the rates......every one is looking for a cheaper rate for gas and electricity as the rates are rising constantly.

we are looking for centres that has experience in uk process . we will be paying £100 per agent per month (to help centres) + commission . ( full details will be sent to successfull centres)

the goal is to close down our inhouse telemarketing team which is now consisted of 19 agents in the uk and develop a 50 seater in outsourcing country. our outsourcing partner is KGM GROUP who will be sending trainers to relevant centres to train the staff .

example - 20 seater

lets put each deals is worth £100 (as an average business sale is worth £150)

minimum sales target a day - 1 sale / agent @ £25 upfront paid weekly and rest when site tranfers on live date @ £75 ( £100 -£25 =£75) 4-5 weeks after signing.
thats the reason we pay the upfronts.

total monthly (27 days) - 540 sales @ £25 - £13500

on live date £75 -540 sales =£40500

centres will have access to ecoes software ....www.ecoes.co.uk to verify customers details , their meter serial number , their current electricity supplier etc.

this project cannot be outsourced to any other centres except the one approved by KGM GROUP / GASCOMPARE.co.uk / COMMERCIAL UTILITY BROKERS.

Iinterested centres in uk process , please send me your centres profile, processes that you are currently doing and i will send you all documents related to the campaign so that you can start planning the live date. we will allocate the process to only 3 centres who meet our requirement.

expexted live date of campaign 25 sept 2008.
