About Me:
I am presently working at Colwell & Salmon Communications (India) Ltd as General Manager (India) in April 2007; I bring in total work experience of circa 16 years with about 9 years in Call center space with me.

Prior to joining CSIndia I was serving as Director (Ops) at Hero ITES (my second stint with this company). My previous assignments include working as `Agency Performance Manager' (Vendor Manager role) for MMTeleperformance, UK looking after offshore interest of the company in India which was spread over 8 (outsourced) centers in different parts of country, working as `Senior Contact Center Manager' at Transworks in Bangalore, India (looking after the outbound sales piece for insurance service provider in USA) and playing an instrumental role in setting up of the Belapur site for Wipro Spectramind, where I managed the largest outbound credit card acquisition campaign for the company.

During my career I have participated in 2 offsite transitions, 3 new site setups and 20+ new program set ups.

I started my career at a ceramic factory (2 years) providing office and logistics support from where I moved to Aviation industry (where I spent 5 years) and further to call center industry (via Orion Dialog Pvt Ltd, a leading domestic call center company in those times).

I am commerce graduate by qualification and have done Post Graduate diploma in sales and marketing management and Consultant level course in travel management from IATA - UFTAA, Geneva, Switzerland. Currently I am pursuing EPBM program from IIM Calcutta through e-learning platform via Hughes communications Ltd.
