I would like to introduce myself as Manuk Grover, (Business Development Officer) for "eSkYpOiNt." an Indian based call centre with multiple locations around the world.

We do have our center with 400 seats looking seriously for an inbound, currently doing outbound process with 150 seats. And We are capable of extending our infra to the extend any level to the expectation of the clients.

I am sure we have a call centre in the USA, but as far as I know, we don't have one in the UK. I am sure that our customers are able to call in and get to our call centre, which, of course is all made up of our own components :) If you need anything for your call centre, e.g. IVR or Natural language speech rec, let me know and I will investigate and maybe hand your requirements over to our guys in India, or you could always talk to them and find out what else we could do to improve anything there...
