What kind of research do you specifically need?
Re the BPAP website, try: http://www.bpap.org/bpap/index.asp
At the left-hand column entitled Publications, you can see BPA/P Newsletters, BPA/P Presentations, and Other Reports. The information in those publications might be useful. Preview them and let me know.

I wondered whether you had any recent reports on The Philippines? I am due to do a presentation in London next week on behalf of The Philippines Embassy?
